We ship all orders using Austrian Post (POST AT), ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal disruptions.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the destination and weight of your package.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Austria: 1-3 business days.

          Rates €3.10-€5.90

  • European Union + IS, LI, NO, CH and UK: 2-10 business days.

          Rates €6.50-€11.15

  • International destinations: 4-20 business days.

          Rates USD12.00-USD20.00

3. International Shipping We ship European Union + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, and if the tracking shipping option was selected, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. You can track your shipment on the Austrian Post website (www.post.at) or through their tracking portal.
