1. Product Safety Statement
All earrings and accessories offered by amARTE floreSER are handmade with care and comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988. Our products are designed for adults and are not toys nor intended for persons under 14 years of age.
2. Materials Used
We use the following materials:
Polymer clay (baked and sealed)
All our clay accessories are made from high-quality polymer clay, a synthetic material that is flexible before baking and completely safe once properly cured. The clay is hardened in a standard oven, and once cured, it poses no health risks, as it does not emit toxic substances. Not suitable for food use or for persons under 14 years of age.
UV Resin
Some of our accessories feature elements made with UV resin. The resin is fully cured under UV lamp, ensuring complete hardening. Once cured, the resin poses no health risks as it does not release vapors or harmful substances. However, it is not suitable for food contact or for use by children.
Natural stones
Our pieces may include genuine amethyst or lapis lazuli, both natural semi-precious stones known for their beauty and uniqueness. These stones are safe for external use in jewelry and do not present health risks when worn. However, they are fragile and can chip or break if dropped or hit. Not suitable for children under 14.
Mica powder pigments
Mica powder is a fine, natural mineral pigment used to add shimmer and color to jewelry and craft pieces. We use cosmetic-grade mica powder, which is non-toxic and considered safe for skin contact when fully sealed in cured materials like polymer clay or resin. It is not intended for ingestion or use on broken skin.
Alcohol Ink
Alcohol ink is a highly pigmented dye used to create vibrant color effects in resin and polymer clay. Some inks are labeled as concentrated epoxy dyes, formulated for use in resin art. Once fully cured, the ink is non-toxic and safe for skin contact in finished products.

24K gold-plated stainless steel stud earring blanks
Transparent plastic ear nuts
14K gold-plated brass locking earring backs
Surgical stainless steel
These materials are chosen for their durability and skin-friendliness. However, for customers with severe allergies, we offer an alternative using 925 sterling silver earring studs.
